We are excited to collaborate with your team to find the best way to offer support to the growth of your organization and accomplish company initiatives!
Improv and acting is ultimately a practice of empathy, which is essential to foster a positive work environment.
DURATION
From 1 hour workshops to half day and full day workshops, we are excited to work with your team.
1 hour workshops are perfect for team building, breaking the ice, establishing company culture, and getting to know new team members.
Longer duration workshops offer a deeper dive into specific skill development. With more time, we are able to facilitate greater discussion and address more difficult challenges.
LOCATION/WORKSHOP FORMAT
We are equipped to come to your organization provided there is an appropriate gathering space to move around and have discussions OR we can offer workshops at our theatre space in Evanston, IL at the Noyes Cultural Center.
If neither of these options are suitable for you, we also facilitate online synchronous workshops. We are also happy to work with your team to integrate our services into a larger conference or retreat.
Our onsite offerings include use of our theatre and classroom spaces.
GROUP SIZE
We are able to accommodate groups up to 75 people onsite.
We are ready and excited to work with small teams as well as an organization at large. If your group size exceeds 75 people, please contact our office to discuss how we might be able to work together in a different space.
THEMATIC FOCUS
Our team is excited to offer workshops with activities focused on leadership development, team building, company culture, wellness and stress management, to name a few.
Our workshops each employ a structure in which participants are encouraged to get up on their feet to participate in circle games, improvisation activities, and discussion, while the specific theme these activities are built around is determined by your community and company goals.
Examines of Past Workshops include:
- Two hours at a global retreat for educators, with hands-on improv training to bring back to their classrooms
- Onsite workshop to facilitate an organization’s move into a new building and familiarize employees with the space.
- Our workshops have ranged from as few as 10 people to as many as 75 people or as large as 300 virtually.
